FL loader series

The FL loader offers a significant higher capacity, with improved egg handling minimizing egg cracks during operation, and the use of proven 'Foodtech' technology.

Besides all functions that can be expected from a modern high capacity loader, the FL series offer top-line technology in the field of down washability, reliability and gentle egg handling. The gentle egg handling is realized by the 'faster and yet slower' principle. The suction head actually moves slower during egg loading in comparison to more traditional loaders, while the return movement without eggs, takes place in a much shorter time (only 40% of the cycle time). The end result is a higher capacity with lower internal speeds.

Loaders from the FL series are compatible with the following Moba Series:

  • Diamond Innova 18W grader
  • Moba Omnia FT330/500 grader
  • Moba Omnia PX350/530 grader

The FL loader can also be configured to function inline in combi-mode.
