DC8300 Update (only Diamond)

The DC8300 update, exclusively for the Americas, is available for 8200/8300 graders.

Included in the update:

  • New control panel including all new power supplies
  • logic controls and carriage motor control
  • New digital scales
  • New Basket flag and Egg over sensors
  • New timing sensors on the basket conveyor
  • EPL boxes for each packer pair
  • All new wiring from transfer to basket conveyor
  • New User Interface computer

The benefits of this update: modern control system, digital scales are more accurate than "air bearing" type scales, less cables and wiring than the standard control system including the elimination of carriage driver cables.
