The following is included in this update:

  • 6 or 12 lanes depending on the machine configuration plus 1 spare
  • All cabling to wire up the lanes
  • New power supply for the system
  • Mounting hardware For non-DCXX00 graders
  • Software update

The benefits of this update:

  • Eliminates lane control boards, backplane and bulky cabling
  • No Physical pot adjustments - gain adjustments are made through the software
  • Individual control of sensors. No longer in groups of six.
  • Graphical display of individual pin performance on interface computer
  • No more 'CD Download' - The software is retained in the firmware
  • Taller Pins on the lanes - less frequent machine stops due to debris on sensors
  • Can be used with any of the Diamond DCxx00 Control System updates
