I am Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the Moba Group. I started in 2020 and knew the company before I started. The craftsmanship, dedication and engagement of the employees are very impressive. We are leading the way in the high-tech world of egg grading, packing and processing.

Before I joined Moba in 2020, I have held several leadership positions with different global players within the manufacturing industry.

It is our task to support the egg handling industry to deal with the ever-changing conditions, achieving higher accuracy, treatment and track-and-trace information of every single egg. Moba’s future is promising, but the egg industry is an ever-changing market. Time and time again, we have to ask ourselves: what are the needs of our customers and what can we do to contribute to their success. Because the success of our customers will continue to drive us. We have to focus on enforcing innovations and supporting our customers in the best way possible. Moba is an ambitious company and I am honored to have the ability to take Moba, together with the worldwide Moba-team, to the next level.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, I worked in several industries before joining Moba in 2009 as Director of Service & Projects. I was particularly drawn to Moba’s international character. Our cross functional service organization is made up of international, customer-oriented people with the skills and experience required to meet our customers’ needs. In our area of expertise, it is all about people. In a world of increasing speed and demands, it is very important to stay close to our customers, to be their voice and to cooperate effectively with other disciplines within our organization.
We have achieved a great deal over the years. We have established a professional Project Management team, expanded our Technical Training Centre and developed a more effective QA/QC process. We have also expanded our Field Service teams and technical back offices worldwide and improved our Spare Parts delivery performance. We recently set up a Customer Care team which aims to provide proactive support to our customers with respect to optimizing operations and results.
Our worldwide team strives for customer satisfaction and loyalty on a daily basis; our goal is to deliver the right service at the right time and at the right place. The challenge my team and I face is to provide continuous value and support for many years to come!

Before I joined Moba in February 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, I worked for 17 years at a large multinational in various international finance positions, supporting different divisions. For me, it is a privilege to work for Moba.

For over 70 years, Moba has proved to be a leader in the egg industry, with a clear focus on continuously striving to further improve and provide total solutions that benefit customers.
It is very inspiring to see what Moba has achieved over the years, and to work alongside a global team that doesn’t take these successes for granted, but is always looking forward to the next opportunity to become even better.

My team and I, across all of our organizations, collaborate closely together to support Moba in achieving its ambitions. To ensure this we have, over the past years, made great progress in making available the right business information, processes and tools that help define and realise Moba’s short- and long-term objectives.

Moba is a fantastic company to work for with remarkable people, and I am proud to be a part of it.

With more than three decades of technical know-how in the egg industry, I am responsible for the Product Management department. Together with the Management Team and the different departments, we make long-term plans which always focus on the customer. Input from our worldwide sales and service network in combination with field research provides a continuous flow of ideas. I work with my team to turn all these creative ideas into projects which will benefit our industry.

I am very proud of the fact that our equipment processes over a billion eggs daily and am confident that our plans for the future will deliver further optimization opportunities for our customers and add value to the industry.

Eggs are a wonderful and efficient source of protein and it is our task to provide the industry with tools that minimise waste and make the most of eggs!!

I've been employed as HR Director at Moba since January 2016. With a 25-year track record in this profession, my career has spanned various positions within the HR and/or (international) training disciplines.
I've found Moba to be a fine company with proud employees. My personal motto "Achieve Ownership and Leadership as far down the organisation as possible" i.e. give people the maximum possible responsibility and authority for their own performance, closely matches the Moba core values.
We've been on the move for 70 years and are continuously under development. It's great to see what's already been achieved and what further opportunities await us. In brief, Moba is a fantastic company to work for and to contribute to, in order to continue growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in Operations Management in industries such as Food, Pharma, Automotive and Machinery, I joined the Moba Group as Operations Director in 2019.

The goal that I have set together with my team is to ensure that our customers receive their products on time and with the high level of quality that can be expected from a Moba machine. To safeguard this and meet the increasing demand, we use LEAN techniques throughout the Operations process: Manufacturing, Assembly and Supply Chain. These techniques help us make our processes as efficient as possible and guarantee the quality of our products.

I’m honoured to work for one of the Netherlands’ leading machinery companies. It’s a pleasure to work alongside dedicated and motivated colleagues. It makes me proud, and gives me the energy to make sure that our factories are ready for all the challenges we will encounter. Our people are qualified, our factories are well-equipped with modern manufacturing technologies and we have a continuous improvement attitude.

Moba has been serving the egg industry for over 70 years and I’m confident that we will continue to serve our customers with equipment and solutions that will benefit their business for many years to come.
