Three years ago, MRE Technology Comercio was founded. This makes it a relatively new company, but one which has realized a lot of growth over those three years. Collaborating with Moba has provided MRE Technology with a lot of opportunities. With Moba’s help MRE, as our agent in Brazil, combines new ideas with new technologies, taking the concept of individual egg handling to places the world has never seen.
Since its foundation, MRE has doubled the number of employees in its Service and Sales departments, and over the years the MRE office has expanded its stock of spare parts. This was a necessary step as MRE is responsible for sending parts all over Brazil as quickly as possible, in urgent cases even sending parts to other countries across South America. If issues occur with a customer’s machine, our Brazilian customers can count on MRE's qualified Service team. Their engineers are able to provide technical support 24/7 in three different languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
However, the Brazilian egg market is demanding greater technology, and Moba machines are ready to meet the needs.
A growing market
“It can be a challenge to sell Moba machines in Brazil due to the taxes customers need to pay when importing a machine", explains the co-owner of MRE Technology, Mr. Euclides Da Silva. “However, the Brazilian egg market is demanding greater technology, and Moba machines are ready to meet the needs. We can show that when you invest in a Moba machine, it quickly pays dividends. And after conversations and visits to other farms, we can prove that an investment in a Moba machine has a fast return of investment—and that it is practically guaranteed.”
For the past three years, Moba and MRE have been winning new Brazilian customers. “The best way to demonstrate that continuous growth in our market is the fact that we have doubled the number of Omnia machines (170, 330 and 500) in Brazil over the past three years”, Mr. Renato Takesi, MRE's other co-owner, explains.
Thanks to the help that Moba has given us, MRE Technology has been growing, and I increasingly feel that Moba is on our side and that this partnership will continue well into the future.
Just like the Brazilian egg market, MRE has also experienced continuous growth. In October, the company is moving to a new head office with more space for its local stock of spare parts, and with an additional area for technical/service training. Renato: “Thinking about continuous improvement, we know how important innovation is. Our challenge will be to maintain a good relationship with our customers through good service in general, and by providing our customers with the latest technologies.”
