Keep informed regarding any precautionary actions


At Moba Group, our customers come first. As a partner to you and your business, Moba is closely monitoring the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), local authorities and advice centers in the different regions regarding the Corona/Covid-19 virus. We are taking a number of precautionary actions for the health and safety of our customers, employees, agents and communities. Our goal is to do everything we can to continue our current service level during this evolving situation.

Update 24/3/2020: On business effects for our offices and services around the world.

Please note that Helpdesks are extended to cope with more remote service. Please dial your regular helpdesk number in case of any issues.

Europe:

  • - Offices in NL, Germany, UK, France, Italy: Office staff working from home as much as possible. Factories and supply chain are running with extra health and safety measures. Extra staff at Helpdesk to cope with more remote service requests.

- Service: Many countries have travel restrictions and limitations Travel limited to emergency situations.

  • - Parts: available  

 


Asia/Pacific:

- Office in Malaysia: Limited office staff working. Helpdesk available.

- Service: Service in Malaysia available for emergencies, other countries limited/not possible

- Parts: available

 


China:

- Office: Office open. Staff working from home. Helpdesk available

- Service: Service in China available for emergencies, travel limited because of quarantine regulations. Installations are being scheduled and execution is slowly re-starting

- Parts: available

 


Japan:

- Office: Office open. Staff working from home. Helpdesk available

- Service: Within Japan no restrictions.

- Parts: available

 


Middle-East:

- Office: Office open. Helpdesk available

- Service: Within the region only limited service visits possible, some countries not possible. No international and domestic flights for the time being.

- Parts: avalaible

 


USA:

- Office: Office open. Partly staffed, teams working from home. Helpdesk available

- Service: Within the USA/Canada limited travel around the bigger cities and cancellation of flights. Some States are locked down and more are likely to follow. Service available for emergencies.

- Parts: avalaible

 


LATAM:

- Office: FL office closed, staff working from home

- Service: Within the region limited travel, but possible in most countries. Some countries are restricting local transportation and require permits. Helpdesk available.

• Moba and its offices worldwide have installed guidelines, plans and measurements across our organization that includes health and safety protocols so we can continue to serve you in the best way possible

 

• Moba has increased and intensified daily cleaning procedures at our facilities and have educated our Moba employees on best practices recommended by the WHO and local authorities and health advice centers

 

• Moba is closely analyzing its worldwide spare parts stock and is monitoring changes in demand to respond with replenishment orders quickly with the goal of maintaining our order fill rates for all our articles

 

• Moba is working closely with our suppliers and logistics partners to maintain the flow of machines and spare parts and/or find alternatives where supplies may be limited and when needed, utilize our state-of-the art production facilities for production, assembly and testing

 

• Moba has robust business continuity plans across all its businesses and locations relying on options such as working remotely and transferring work across offices and countries if required

 

• Moba and its offices are limiting non-essential/vital travel in accordance with (local) health and safety rules and guidelines and promoting/using our in-house virtual meeting tools when appropriate. In principle, scheduled new equipment installations will be postponed and customers will be informed pro-actively

 

• Moba and its offices will maintain its HelpDesk staffing and support level.  Where travel may be necessary and possible, we will work closely with our customer to coordinate the best and safest method of visiting your facilities
