Due to the modernization of its infrastructure, our telephone provider has decided that, as of September 2019, our analog telephone lines will no longer be operational.
This decision will affect customers with machines that operate under DOS technology because remote support from Moba would not be possible as of September 2019.
Of course, our customers can rely on us to find a solution that enables us to provide remote support.
We are currently working with a new device called the Remote-DOS-Engineer. The RDE enables us to provide remote support. An internet connection or 4G mobile phone network can be used to establish a connection with the Remote-DOS-Engineer, but only with an android phone.
