The Pelbo Crono loaders seamlessly match the Synchro breaker series and the Simplex whole egg breakers. The Crono is available in different models (from 72,000 up to 225,000 eggs per hour) and offers the highest capacity loader available in the egg processing market with the Crono9.

The innovative design concept offers an answer to all market needs in egg loading. Egg loading is often under-estimated in egg breaking processes. The more accurate eggs are loaded, the higher the yield of the breaking process will be. More gentle handling will create less random hairline cracks before breaking. This minimizes the scattering of shell fragments, which will result in a lower bacterial load and thus a longer shelf life of egg products. The Crono loader offers:
