Regarding any precautionary actions
At Moba Group, our customers come first. As a partner to you and your business, Moba is closely monitoring the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), local authorities and advice centers in the different regions regarding the Corona/Covid-19 virus. We are taking a number of precautionary actions for the health and safety of our customers, employees, agents and communities. Our goal is to do everything we can to continue our current service level during this evolving situation.

Europe:
Offices in NL: All Moba-offices open in Europe. Factories and supply chain are running with extra health and safety measures. HelpDesk and extended remote support are available.
Service: Regular and emergency service within Europe back to normal.
- Parts: Available.
Asia/Pacific:
Office in Malaysia: Office open. Renewed Movement&Control order still in place. Business travel abroad is allowed under special conditions and paperwork. Access to office is allowed. HelpDesk and extended remote support are available.
- Service: Regular and emergency service within Malaysia back to normal. To other countries still limited until end of January 2021.
- Parts: Available.
China:
Office: Office open. The situation back to almost normal. Individual online health monitoring in place. HelpDesk is available.
- Service: Service in China available for installations,
regular service and emergencies.
- Parts: Available.
Japan:
Office: Office open. Office staff partly working from home. HelpDesk is available. Increasing number of cases, but no domestic travel restrictions at the moment.
Service: Service in Japan available for installations, regular service and emergencies. Travel inside Japan almost normal.

Middle-East:
Office open. Staff at the office. HelpDesk and remote support are available.
Service: Different regulations and restrictions applicable to surrounding countries. Domestic travel by car and plane is possible in individual countries. International flights (from and to UAE) to surrounding countries partly available.

USA/North America:
- Office: Office open. Staff mostly back to the office. HelpDesk
and extended remote support are available.
- Service: Within the USA/Canada number of flights increasing. Travel between States is allowed. Some States have additional restrictions (public areas). Service available for installations, regular work and emergencies.
- Parts: Available.
LATAM:
Office: Offices open. Part of staff working from home. HelpDesk and extended remote support are available.
- Service: Within the regions (limited) travel is possible. Some countries still in lockdown, some are restricting local transportation and require permits. Service within countries available for installations, regular service and emergencies (transport mostly by car).
