We are taking a number of precautionary actions for the health and safety of our customers, employees, agents and communities.   • Service: Many countries have lock-down and travel restrictions/limitations. Travel within countries mostly possible, crossing boarders limited to emergency (work) situation and local paperwork. Some countries are slowly reducing restrictions in the month of May.

USA/North-America:

Update 21/4/2020: Moba cancels all upcoming shows


  • Moba announces to withdraw from all remaining exhibitions of 2020. In these uncertain times, where there is no assurance when the COVID-19 virus stops spreading, Moba is taking a stance in favor of safety and health.  “Although we have many innovations to share this year, it is our responsibility as an industry leader to focus on the safety and health of our customers, agents, employees and other players in the egg business. This is the very reason we have decided to cancel our participation in all upcoming shows in 2020,” says Mr. Paul de Schouwer, Sales Director of the Moba Group.   • Moba and its offices worldwide have installed guidelines, plans and measurements across our organization that includes health and safety protocols so we can continue to serve you in the best way possible
     
  • Moba has increased and intensified daily cleaning procedures at our facilities and have educated our Moba employees on best practices recommended by the WHO and local authorities and health advice centers
     
  • Moba is closely analyzing its worldwide spare parts stock and is monitoring changes in demand to respond with replenishment orders quickly with the goal of maintaining our order fill rates for all our articles
     
  • Moba is working closely with our suppliers and logistics partners to maintain the flow of machines and spare parts and/or find alternatives where supplies may be limited and when needed, utilize our state-of-the art production facilities for production, assembly and testing
     
  • Moba has robust business continuity plans across all its businesses and locations relying on options such as working remotely and transferring work across offices and countries if required
     
  • Moba and its offices are limiting non-essential/vital travel in accordance with (local) health and safety rules and guidelines and promoting/using our in-house virtual meeting tools when appropriate. In principle, scheduled new equipment installations will be postponed and customers will be informed pro-actively
     
  • Moba and its offices will maintain its HelpDesk staffing and support level. Where travel may be necessary and possible, we will work closely with our customer to coordinate the best and safest method of visiting your facilities
